Sales and Rentals in Oakton -
I added two subdivisions to the search (frankly, because there are very few -if any- in Treebrooke). One is the Oakton and the other Four Winds.
There are 3 units for sale in Four Winds: 1 one-bedroom for 170k and 2 two-bedrooms 1 bath units: 220k and 234.5. The Oakton has 2 one- bedroom units: for 215k and 239k. (The ones in the Oakton also have a den). Both are very convenient locations and close to the metro bus stop.
None of the ones I mentioned are offered for shortsale, although I do expect quite a few in a couple of weeks.
For those looking to rent: there is a townhouse in Arrowood for under $,1800/mo and several units in the Four Winds (from $1,250/mo to $1,450/mo and 1 ($1,250) in the Oakton.
