Real Estate Market is dormant. There are only two active listings for sale in our area, and both have been on the market for more than 90 days. One townhouse in Arrowood for $419 and the other one in Treebrooke for $525.
3 properties are under contract - with an average number of days on the market - 32.
One property has been sold since Jan 1. It is a 3 bedroom 2 FB condo in Treebrooke for $328k. The property was on the market for 1 day and was sold for cash.
It is interesting to note that there is only one property for rent - in Arrowood for $1,800.
