3 BR 2 BA- $322,500 - in May 45 days
3BR 2 BA - $328 - in January - 1 day
3 BR 2 BA- listed for $329,500- is under contract
As for the townhouses:
townhouse-condo - sold in August - $329k in 40 days, sold in May - $325k - 18 days
townhouse with a garage - 445k - sold in June - 39 days
