Treebrooke Condos and Townhouses

Many neighbors have asked me to provide information about the sales in Treebrooke.

From January 1, 2010 till today this is what has occurred:

2 BR 1 BA - sold for 240k, closing in March 2010 - only in 6 days
2 BR 2 BA - sold for 250k in January in 51 days and 265k in March - 3 days
3 BR 2 BA - 320k in September - in 3 days
3 BR 2 BA- $322,500 - in May 45 days
3BR 2 BA - $328 - in January - 1 day
3 BR 2 BA- listed for $329,500- is under contract

As for the townhouses:

townhouse-condo - sold in August - $329k in 40 days, sold in May - $325k - 18 days
townhouse with a garage - 445k - sold in June - 39 days
