The market is reviving. More and more properties come to the market. We see multiple offers on some. Condo market is not that great though. We have one more unit in Treebrooke for $269,000 (2 bedroomd 2 baths). There are also two townhouses for sale: $415,000 and $384,500 in Cherrywood and Arrowood. Hurry!
